Returning your products to us
Due to the COVID-19 emergency American Diving Supply will not be accepting returns on any order until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience. All sales are final.
American Diving Supply does everything possible to make sure your order is 100% correct. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied you may return your items in their original packaging and unused condition for a refund or credit. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to American Diving Supply. Returned Items that had qualified for Free Shipping will be charged for the original shipping amount plus restocking fee if applicable (See Below).
Prior to returning you product you must contact American Diving Supply to receive an Return Goods Authorization number (RGA). Goods returned without authorization will be refused. Please call 609-646-5090 during normal business hours. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Contract orders, custom orders, wholesale orders and closeout products are "Final Sales" and may not be returned unless found to be defective under the manufacturers warranty.
Some products including, but not limited to, special order products, non-inventory items, sized items and certain quantities of items are subject to a restocking fee. These fees differ from manufacturer to manufacturer. Please check before ordering if your order is subject to any restocking fees.
Custom and Close-Out Products
Special order items, custom fitted or custom made items are non-refundable. Custom orders must be paid in full at time of ordering. American Diving Supply guarantees the items under the manufacturer's warranty but does not guarantee fit and function as it may pertain to your use. Be sure before you order!

American Diving Supply offers service for every product that we sell. If you would like service on your equipment please complete our Service Request Form and return with your item for repair. Customer is responsible for shipping to and from American Diving Supply. Prior to returning you product you must contact American Diving Supply to receive an Return Ggoods Authorization number (RGA). Damaged In Delivery or Defective Products
American Diving Supply does everything to package your products for safe delivery, however accidents in shipping do occasionally happen. Title to the merchandise passes to you at the time of delivery by American Diving Supply to a common carrier.This means once the product leaves our warehouse the responsibility and ownership transfers to you the customer. American Diving Supply insures every package unless instructed by the customer not to do so. Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If you discover any damage, report it to the carrier immediately. Retain all packaging for future inspection. DO NOT return the damaged merchandise to American Diving Supply without prior approval. In most cases claims will be handled by the carrier and you. For assistance with your claim contact our customer service department.
If you find a product to be defective, we will work to resolve the issue, however you must call us prior to returning the item. We will cover the return shipping on defective items, but only if you contact us prior to returning the item.
All goods returned must be in original packaging with manufacturers labels intact. The item must include all original materials, manuals and blank warranty cards and any items included in the original package. Any printed or electronic items must be unopened including DC's , DVD's and books.
Replacement items do not qualify for free shipping. Free shipping applies to original, qualified shipments only.
