Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We ship orders via UPS, FedEx and USPS. At checkout, you will be required to choose a shipping method, and your shipping charges will automatically calculated and added to your order. Contact us if alternative shipping methods are required or for special handling instructions. Delivery to the shipping carrier constitutes delivery to the customer and we cannot be responsible for delays in shipping or delivery. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box address.
Orders for in stock items that are received after 3:30 p.m. E.S.T. will be shipped the following business day. Back ordered items will ship as soon as possible.
*Free Shipping Qualification
Items designated as qualifying for Free Shipping must be shipped as a complete order. NOT ALL ITEMS QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING. In order to receive free shipping on qualified items, you must order a minimum of $150.00 worth of qualified products. Look for the Free Shipping logo on our product pages. Orders will ship ground service via UPS, FedEx or USPS. American Diving Supply reserve the right to choose between these three carriers. Orders usually deliver in 5-7 days. Only shipments to the contiguous 48 States qualifies for free shipping. Oversize items, and items that are not able to ship by ground service do not qualify. This includes, but is not limited to, tanks, umbilicals, welding rod, weights and other items. Free Shipping will be adjusted at check out.
Please note, at this time in order to qualify for free shipping, all items in the cart must be eligible for free shipping and be over $150.00 in value. Placing non-free shipping items in the cart will cancel the free shipping. We apologize for this bug and we are working to correct it. For now, we suggest that you place all Free shipping items on one order and all non-free shipping items on another order. We will do our best to join the orders correctly when we ship them.
To qualify for Free Shipping the qualified items must all ship complete at one time. Partial orders will not qualify for Free Shipping.
Returned items that were sent by Free Shipping will be refunded or credited, less the original shipping charges. We reserve the right to cancel the Free Shipping promotion at anytime.
The Free Shipping program applies to retail customers only who order online, and does not apply to wholesalers, dealers, distributors, re-sellers or government accounts.

International Buyers, Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Fast & Reliable (Recommended):
FedEx International Economy (Worldwide): 5-10 days, up to 150 lbs per box
FedEx International Priority (Worldwide): 2-5 days, up to 150 lbs per box
FedEx International Ground (Canada only): 2-7 days, up to 150 lbs per box
UPS Standard (Canada & Mexico only): 3-8 days, up to 150 lbs per box
USPS First Class International (Worldwide): 10-20 days, up to 4 lbs per box, up to $400 per order, slow lost/damage claims
USPS Priority Mail International (Worldwide): 5-10 days, up to 70 lbs per box, up to $4000 per order, slow lost/damage claims
* Delivery dates are estimates only. American Diving Supply has no control over the delivery once shipment leaves our warehouse. Late or undelivered packages are the responsibility of the shipping company and beyond our control.
* While USPS is a more affordable shipping option, we warn that lost packages are harder and take longer to track. We do not recommend USPS for international packages.
International shipments may be subject to additional taxes, duties and other charges. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and may delay the delivery of the package. We recommend that you check with the agencies in your country to be determine the cost and procedures for clearing your shipment.
Some products may be required to ship as hazardous materials. In this case additional fees may apply and delays may be incurred.

Damaged In Delivery
American Diving Supply does everything to package your products for safe delivery, however accidents in shipping do occasionally happen. Delivery to the carrier constitutes delivery to the customer. This means once the product leaves our warehouse the responsibility and ownership transfers to you the customer. American Diving Supply insures every package unless instructed by the customer not to do so. Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If you discover any damage, report it to the carrier immediately. Retain all packaging for future inspection. DO NOT return the damaged merchandise to American Diving Supply without prior approval. In most cases claims will be handled by the carrier and you. For assistance with your claim contact our customer service department.
All orders are subject to verification by American Diving Supply. Providing the necessary information will speed the delivery process. International customers ordering for the first time will need to provide additional information to avoid delays in shipping.
