The Hydrotank is a high-capacity, lightweight scuba cylinder with an internal bladder which acts as a flexible gas container. When used with the Jetpack, the diver can add or remove water from the cylinder to change buoyancy. This is an integral part of the system that provides perfect neutral buoyancy by using water as your weight.
The bottom of the cylinder is equipped with a protective cage to allow the Hyrdotanks to be stored upright, protects the built-in high-pressure hose, and allow you to add lead weight if necessary.
- 10 L: 106 cu ft @ 4,350 psig
- 8 L: 84 cu ft @ 4,350 psig
- Temperature: Water use 32–113 °F / Air use –4 to 140 °F
- The Hydrotank comes with a standard 4,350 psig / 300 bar DIN valve that is compatible with any regulator rated to 4,350 psig / 300 bar. Most regulators today are rated to 4,350 psig / 300 bar as long as they are equipped with an appropriate DIN connection.
- * Refer to the user manual for your regulator to check compatibility with 4,350 psig / 300 bar.
