The Sharkskin Chillproof Hood is the perfect hood for you.  It's Chillproof material is equivalent to 3mm of neoprene and will very efficiently recycle your body heat.  The fleecy inside is extremely comfortable and won't tug at your hair like neoprene does.  Lastly, its 4-way flex material gives the hood unrivaled flexibility, which means it won't restrict your breathing or movement and can easily be slid off your head and still be comfortable.
