The Nuvair diesel Nomad is a light duty commercial compressor that is ideal for shallow surface-supplied work. Lightweight, low cost and portability are the main reasons for choosing this light-duty compressor. Equipped with a two-stage pump and a 7.7 hp (5.7 kW) Yanmar diesel engine, the Nomad produces 23 CFM at 145 psi (650 L/min at 10 bar). At a light weight of 260 lb, this is a portable compressor with great air delivery. Diver air filtration is included with this compressor to produce Grade D breathing air.
