This was not the best purchase experience I've had. If I had not followed up after several weeks it might never have been known that the vendor had lost the P.O.!
the pic. on your site shows the valve/tank assembled but they were delivered unassembled. This assumes that every purchaser knows how to, and has the ability to install the valves. You had an inspection sticker for the flasks but (1) had scratches on the o-ring sealing surface that would never have passed an inspection! I blended them out and got the valve to seal.

I have owned an Al13 pony bottle for a few years, having bought it as a new diver because it was compact.  With more experience, I now feel that the 19 is a better choice because it has nearly identical buoyancy to the 13 (-1.9lb full vs. -2.1lb, respectively), and of course, a 32% larger safety buffer.  A bit heavier on land, and a little tougher to fit on a plane, but I'll keep the 13 around for that job.
